First Ascent will provide recent graduates with resources to succeed in a remote environment. Through a large community of remote workers, access to co-working space, mentors, and a remote worker certificate, program participants will thrive personally and professionally—which means higher productivity and retention for employers!

Students who accept a full-time, remote job offer and plan to remain in Morgantown upon graduation can apply for a pilot program, fueled by Ascend WV. Selected participants will receive access to the following perks designed to increase their success in a remote work environment.
Must be scheduled to graduate in May or August of 2022 to apply. Applications will open on March 1, 2022.
