To prepare for the career fair, I researched the companies, dressed professionally, and had plenty of resumes. I practiced my elevator pitch and prepared questions in advance. The fact that Oshkosh Corporation had an interview sign-up sheet at the career fair really surprised me! This allowed me to interview the very next day. Within the following months, I had a job offer.
