Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP)

A federal program providing recruitment opportunities to highly motivated students with disabilities eager to prove their abilities in the workplace.

About WRP

Nationwide highly motivated college students and recent graduates with disabilities are eager to prove their abilities in the workplace through summer or permanent jobs. The WRP is a recruitment and referral program that connects federal and private sector employers with those very students.

WRP allows over 40 federal agencies and sub-agencies to conduct interviews with a variety of candidates from all majors and levels within the university setting annually.

To be eligible for WRP, candidates must be current, full-time undergraduate or graduate students with a disability, or have graduated within one year of the release of the database each December. A candidate who graduated in April 2016 or later would still be eligible to participate. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
