The format will be informal, including opportunities to network, mingle and enjoy refreshments. We encourage representatives to just bring some pamphlets and business cards as this is a networking reception.  We will provide name tags and employer signage to help students navigate the event, and employers are encouraged to wear branded company shirts for easy identification.

  • 7:00 p.m.       Event begins
  • 8:00 p.m.        Event ends*

Mask Requirements

The safety of West Virginia University’s campus community remains our top priority. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve and spread, WVU is monitoring the situation closely and will periodically update its policies and procedures based on current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization, and other federal, state and local agencies.

Everyone on campus, including visitors, must follow mask requirements. If you are NOT vaccinated, you are expected to wear a mask while inside all University facilities and outdoors when around other people. Students, faculty, staff, and visitors who are vaccinated are also encouraged to wear masks in all indoor areas of campus.
