Engaging Society, STEM Career Fair Sponsorship
The following sponsorship options are available for both STEM Career Fairs and the Engaging Society Career Fair in Fall 2025. Select your sponsorship package during registration (STEM Day 1 | STEM Day 2 | Engaging Society). Click on each title below to learn more!
Provides a free professional headshot to students on the day of the career fair. Also provides a backpack check service to students during the event, relieving them of carrying additional items while engaging with employers. Also includes supplies for an “in case of emergency” bin, like band aids, safety pins, Shout wipes, feminine hygiene products, and more.
Visibility level: MOST students attending the event stop at one or both stations before entering the Career Fair
What’s included?
- Waived registration fee for 2 representatives
- Premier booth location
- Co-branding on select pre-event communication and on day-of event signage related to your sponsorship
- One interview room the day after the career fair
- Listed under Sponsors on the Career Services website for the current semester
Cost: $1,000 (STEM) / $800 (Engaging Society)
Provides a water station to students throughout the career fair event, along with a space to help students decompress from the busy event, prepare between employer interactions, and get hyped up to meet you!
Visibility level: MORE students than above level, for a longer duration
Everything included at the prior level, plus:
- Waived registration fee for 4 representatives
- Exclusive access to student engagement opportunities the week of the Career Fair, including space and marketing for info sessions/panels and opportunities to connect with faculty and student organizations (where applicable)
Cost: $2,000 (STEM) / $1,200 (Engaging Society)
Sponsorship at our top level helps us put on this specific event, as well as fund additional student development opportunities, such as resume reviews, etiquette dinners, software tools, career closet attire, and more!
Visibility level: ALL students attending the event, in addition to email communication reaching a wider audience
Everything included at the prior level, plus:
- Waived registration fee for 6 representatives
- Premier double-booth location
- Co-branding on all pre-event communication and day-of event signage
- Two interview rooms the day after the career fair
- Targeted email to students introducing them to your company and highlighting jobs, info sessions, and/or interview opportunities available while on campus
Cost: $3,000 (STEM) / $1,500 (Engaging Society)
Business Career and Internship Fair Sponsorship

- One complimentary interview room the day after the career fair
- Option to host an info session or networking event during the week of the career fair
- Company name and logo on:
- Select pre-event marketing materials
- 24 x 36-inch posters at various areas of the venue
- Company profile on Career Services webpage throughout the semester
Cost: $1,500
Includes:
- Waived registration fee
- Premier table location (with complimentary additional table and space for two extra reps)
- Co-branding on all pre-career fair activities and events, with the option to send a representative to participate
- Volunteer concierge service throughout the event
- Option to host an info session or networking event during the week of the career fair
- Up to two complimentary interview rooms the day after the career fair
- Priority access to host Explore & Tour with students in target majors or to sit on applicable Career Pathway Panels
- Exclusive company feature in one Career Services student newsletter
- Company name and logo on:
- 24 x 36-inch posters at various areas of the venue
- Company profile on Career Services webpage throughout the semester
- Company-specific marketing campaign to students via email, social media, and recruitment video featured on the Career Services’ website, highlighting internships and careers within the organization throughout the current semester (materials provided by the organization)
