Meet our etiquette expert

Marcia Duncan-Williams is a Coordinator at Eaton in the University Relations Department located in Cleveland, Ohio. In her role she is also a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant. As a graduate of the prestigious Protocol School of Washington, in D.C., she earned their highest levels of certification. She has had the opportunity to present to a variety of business professionals, undergraduate and MBA students, and participants of national conferences, such as the National Association of Black Accountants.
